Tough Floors:

Where do you need tough floors?
Weight Rooms: Areas that are used for “free-weights” will see more impact and force applied to the subsurface, so protecting problem areas with a thick layer of rubber, like the Shark Tooth II, is highly recommended.
Manufacturing: Protecting floors from machinery and the equipment from hard floors can be done effectively with the Shark Tooth II. The ample 1/2" thick mat is affordable and easy to use!
Outdoor Yards: Protect heavy traffic area from dropped pallets or shipping containers, and cover potholes with rubber mats.

Impact Absorption:

The term "shock" is used to describe matter subjected to force, while an impact is an extreme force over a short period of time. The components involved can be damaged by those effects. The impact force that transfers the energy of the shock to your workers, products, and equipment causes injury and damage. Due to costs and durability, rubber is an excellent choice to protect the two sides which are coming together.

Mid-Century Modern:

The mid-century modern design movement was an American reflection of the International and Bauhaus movements. The clean, simple shapes of the design have a timeless quality that still feels current. Geometric patterns are prevalent in mid-century modern design, and curved, clean lines are the star of the show. This tough, heavy-duty rubber mat will outlast the meanest consumers and most abrasive environments.

This product is generally heavy enough that its own weight will hold it down. A 4 ft x 6 ft version weighs 80 lb.!

Being that this product offers moderate chemical resistance, it can be cleaned with most common household cleaners. Strong, highly caustic cleaning solutions (e.g. bleach) are not recommended. For indoor use, mopping the product is ideal. For outdoor applications, either a hose or a broom is the best cleaning method.

Shark Tooth II is always in stock and will generally ship within 24 hours.
